Welcome to Just Sold Auctions! Please review the following important policies, as they govern all aspects of this auction:
Shipping Policy
-All shipping will be charged at Pirate Ship’s actual rates, plus a $5 per box handling and materials fee.
-Some bidders may receive multiple boxes, depending on the size and weight of their items.
-Items not picked up by 12:00 PM on Saturday, February 8 will be prepared for shipping and charged according to this policy.
Pickup Policy
-Pickup for this sale: Saturday, February 8 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
-Any items left unclaimed after noon will automatically be assumed as shipping orders and processed accordingly.
Billing Policy
-Declined cards will incur a $5 fee.
-Self-pay invoices will be sent by Sunday February 9. Please ensure prompt payment to avoid delays.
Item Representation Disclaimer
-Just Sold Auctions does its best to represent each lot accurately, but mistakes can happen.
-Photos and inspections are the true and final representation of all items. Buyers are responsible for closely examining photos, requesting additional details or images if needed, and placing bids accordingly.
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued after the auction closes.
Auction Day Announcements
-Any announcements made on auction day take precedence over any prior communications, including listings and descriptions. Please stay attentive for any last-minute changes or updates.
Simulcast and Bidding Platforms
-Most of our auctions are conducted on multiple platforms. The winning bid shown on one platform before a lot closes may not reflect the winning bid across all platforms.
-To increase your chances of winning, we encourage you to bid live during the simulcast or leave a max bid. This ensures you remain competitive, especially in the final moments of bidding.
