Description
This lot features two original vintage baseball trading cards from the 1966 Topps set. The first card, number 454, depicts Jerry Buchek, a shortstop for the St. Louis Cardinals. The front of the card showcases a color action-style photograph with a distinctive yellow diagonal banner in the upper left corner and a yellow horizontal name bar across the bottom. The second card, number 202, features Clay Dalrymple, a catcher for the Philadelphia Phillies. This card follows the same design template with a grey diagonal banner and a grey horizontal name bar. The reverse of each card includes the player’s name, team, position, personal vitals, a short biographical sketch, and complete major and minor league batting records. Each card is marked with the Topps logo and includes the copyright notice for T.C.G. printed in the U.S.A.
