Description
This lot consists of three vintage 1974 Topps baseball cards featuring several Hall of Fame players and key statistical leaders. The collection includes card number 202, 1973 Home Run Leaders, which depicts Reggie Jackson of the Oakland A’s and Willie Stargell of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Also included is card number 207, 1973 Strikeout Leaders, featuring Nolan Ryan of the California Angels and Tom Seaver of the New York Mets. The third card is number 598, 74 Rookie Outfielders, which features Ken Griffey of the Cincinnati Reds, Dave Augustine of the Pittsburgh Pirates, Steve Ontiveros of the San Francisco Giants, and Jim Tyrone of the Chicago Cubs. This card is recognized as the rookie card for Ken Griffey Sr. Each card features a color player photograph on the front with a yellow and blue or pink border design. The reverse of each card is printed on green cardstock and includes statistical leaderboards or player biographical information and career statistics.
