Description
An appliquéd and pieced cotton quilt, constructed from cotton fabrics. The design features a grid of nine large blocks, each containing a central green dotted motif resembling a stylized bowtie or four-petal flower against an off-white ground. These blocks are separated by off-white sashing that incorporates a central strip of pink dotted fabric cut into a sawtooth pattern.
Condition report:
The item exhibits creases from storage. There is some discoloration or staining present on the white fabric. A small tear or area of fraying is noted within the pink sashing.
