Description
A rectangular patchwork quilt crafted from various cotton fabrics, dating to the 1940s. The design features a repeating block pattern, alternating between solid pink squares and squares containing intricate, multi-point star patterns. These star patterns are pieced from numerous smaller patterned fabric scraps in diverse colors including blues, reds, whites, and earth tones. The solid blocks are rendered in both pink and a light blue-green hue. The quilt is hand-tied with visible ties throughout and finished with a light pink or cream fabric binding. The reverse side (backing) displays a dark fabric with a repeating yellow floral or starburst motif.

Condition report:
Good vintage condition, exhibiting some creasing and slight puckering consistent with age and use. No major tears or extensive staining are immediately apparent.
