Starting bids do not reflect the value of any item. Photos are part of the item descriptions and are the true description of each item/lot including cosmetic condition; PRIOR to bidding on that item, please view them all.
Any BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with and comprehend these conditions, our terms & conditions and you agree to be bound by them. Do not hesitate to ask any questions before placing a bid as ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and all items are sold as-is, where-is. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
We cannot and do not guarantee nor warranty the authenticity or functionality of any item. For each item brought to auction, it is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other factor. We make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion and all lots/items should be addressed as such.
In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all lots/items are sold as is, where is.
PAYMENT:
Invoices are sent to winning bidders following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed by midnight on auction day. Due to federal law, state sales tax will be collected for all purchases based on delivery location.
Credit card payments are accepted for purchases up to $1000; Cash is accepted but only accepted on site at time of pickup. Wire Transfer is required for all Firearms, Fine Jewelry or individual lot selling for more than $1000 that requires shipping.
Please ensure the Credit Card account is valid and the expiration date is accurate, and the card can be charged the total of your purchases for this auction.
Issues with payment will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform.

Please alert us immediately after the sale if you’d like to pay at pickup with cash.
SHIPPING:
Packing and Shipping are fees you will incur, insurance is also an option. We Offer Shipping on most items at Bidders expense, please contact us if you have any question as to whether or not your item is eligible to be shipped. Items not claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 30 days post-sale; no refund will be processed.
We encourage our Bidders to pick up their winning bids at the Auction Location. Pick up for the auction is typically the immediate Wednesday after the auction close from 2pm to 6pm at 1818 SR 106 Clifford PA 18413 but please see auction invoice emails for any changes to that schedule
